Poice Registration

Dear All, I have a question: I registered as sole trader and I reported it to the police. They did not ask me about the activity and they only put my business name, registration date and the business adress. Now, I've engaged in a new activity as a sole trader. Should I report it as well to the poli...

Change of circumstances form

Dear All, This question made sometimes before but the answers were different and I am still confused. I applied for Tier 1 G in Nov 2009 and entered the UK in Feb 2010. Since then, I've changed my address about four times. Today, I just noticed the change of circumstances form. I am wondering that i...

Ack Letter

Dear All,

Is it possible that UKBA does not send acknowledgment letter at all? My friend apply by post on 5th April and he has not received anything from UKBA. Could he call the UKBA or send them an email and ask about it?

Thank you in advance.

Applying for EEA inside the UK

Hi,

If a student on Tier 4 marries to a EEA citizen, then how could he extend his stay as an EEA family member. As I checked, the application for EEA family permit should only be done out country. Then, what do the family members who are already in the UK do?

Thank you in advance

Switch from Tier 4

Dear All, I have a question which I almost know its answer but wants to be sure. To switch from Tier 4 General to Tier 1 Entreoreneur, the student can do it during his/her study and before finishing that? Or s/he should wait and apply after finishing her/his study? I think that the first one is corr...

As in the previous posts, it is clear that you do not have to prove it again and it is clearly stated in the guidance. What i tried to explain were the reasons of this anxiery and doubt.

I've read the threads. I myself in the UK on Tier 1 which will expire in Feb 2013. I provided IELTS with overall of 6.5 which is now expired. I know that according to the rules and guidances there is no need to provide any evidence for english language and for qualification (if you are claiming poin...

Yeah I know. my friend withdrew the application yesterday and will apply again with complete information next week. I think it is the best idea because the he did it before any decision made on the application. He will explain the matter in a new application.

Dear All, I did not find a proper topic for my question. I have a friend he applied for Extended student visitor yesterday. Date of Application

Dear All, I have a question regarding extension of Tier 1 General. UKBA encourages to apply AT LEAST one month before the expiry date. On the other hand, it says that the new leave would be from the date of decision and not the expiry of previous leave. Then, when should we apply in order to qualify...

This is a general question. It means that UKBA and on top of it, Theresa May are some idiots who are going to destroy the PBS to gain more vote. The ECO's are some very ill educated people who even could not count correctly. I know that if Admin Review upheld, you cannot do anything through UKBA But...

Hi, One of my friends applied for Tier 4 for an english course. She has IELTS of 4.5. After one week of submission of her documents, she was asked to attend an interview. Questions about the changes

I have two questions: 1-What about the extension? For example, a Tier 4 student now is in the UK with his/her family. S/he has 10 hours per week working right. If he is going to extend his/her visa for another english course lasting more than 6 months, can the family members extend as well and will ...

I think UKBA only verifies the paid elements of net profit by bank statement and for the rest o it uses Balance sheet and accountant explanations as there is no way to verify the net profit correctly by bank statement...
