Read this. Read paragraph 282. you dont even have to apply for the visa if your last application was before Oct 2009.

I do not think you have a problem here. Your current leave expires in 2011. I think you have mis undertood the paragraph 72 of the guidance. Its about the gap between start of the new course and expiry of leave to remain. I dont think you have any problem with this.

My solicitor wrote to the UKBA to reveiw the first decision in the light of English UK judicial review and they have overturned the deciision and sent the visa. It took only two weeks.

i didnt know visas are not endorsed in passports any more?

Why did you submit all those integration stuffs. Juntas made an unlawfull decision based on illegal guidace and correcting themself. Is simple as that. If you still had problem with any of their core rules (leagl / illegal) it wont take 2 seconds for your budle to reach the bin.
