Tuberculosis clearance mandatory for TIER 2 from 10 SEP 2012

I went to apply for Tier 2 at VFS, New delhi today, and to my surprise found out that TB clearance is needed for Tier 2 from 10 Sep 2012. I had to cancel today's appointment and get the clearance from one of only two hospitals approved in Delhi. I will re-schedule the appointment later. The TB clear...

Seems that your application was rejected due to missing bank logo on the statement/document. Is it the case that you provided the docs with stamp and sign but no logo? The following posts might be useful in that case. http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?p=413525highlight=#413525 http://im...

I appreciate the great work u guys and this forum is doing. I'm not agianst anyone here. It's just that i'm not comfortable with such ambiguities. Besides, i had already ordered original statements with logo from main branch on the day when I visited VFS. I wanted to bring this requirement to everyo...

Firstly, it is not necessary that the online bank statements always bear bank logo. Also, the guidance clearly pointed out about stamp and signature but didn't say anything about the logo. Secondly, the guidance infers that if you are not able to get electronic statements stamped and signed then you...

But that is wrong if they are rejecting on this basis as the policy guidance clearly states that:

Alternatively an electronic bank statement bearing the official stamp of the bank issuing the statements will be accepted. This stamp must appear on every page of the statement.

INFO: Bank Logo required on statements as per HO

Hi, While submitting the documents at the VFS, the reviewer said that there's no bank logo on the bank statements(althogh the statements had bank stamp and sign on every page which I guess is sufficient as per policy guideance) 141. ii) payments made to the applicant: Bank statements provided must b...

Thanks for the response. The name in the bank statements is the one that is my legal name and also used in the passport and all the other certificates. So I would avoid changing the name in the bank. I will have to either get affidavit or get the salary certificate from the employer with full legal ...
