Good Question, why posting to Birmingham... Because i wanted to go in person to get the OCI sticker done, once its approved rather than travelling all the way up to London, that's the reason. Looking at the postal processing time lines, the average seems to be, 1 month to 45 days. where as thru person in Birmingham, it takes atleast 3 months, which is quite frustrating. I called them now. They said its in their Durham office. I would need to call them through their contact number and reach them tomorrow morning.

I am thinking of going to the office tomorrow and tell them my circumstances to retrieve my passports back.
