Re: Can I claim money back from HO for late ILR PEO decision

The English test my wife did was ESOL B1 Entry Level 3 (Speaking and Listening). Anyway what you are saying is basically a refund is highly unlikely. I just feel so gutted to have lost £800 of my hard earned money.

Can I claim money back from HO for late ILR PEO decision

Me and my wife received a late (3 months) decision on my ILR application which I made in person at PEO croyden. The reason I was told on the day was that they wanted to verify my wife's english language certificate and they said they will do it the next day but took 3 months. Can I claim the £800 I ...

RE:ILR - 5 yrs vs 10 yrs

Just to make sure I am giving the correct info here. I saw DLR in other posts and assume it means Definite Leave to Remain as opposed to ILR. If not then I am sorry for my mis-understanding and by: I currently have a DLR until Oct 2014. I mean I have a Tier 1 extention (2 yrs) valid until Oct 2014.

ILR - 5 yrs vs 10 yrs

I need advice given my situation as follows: • I came to the UK in Feb 2004 on a student visa. • I finished my studies (MSc) in Nov 2007 and in Apr 2008 I switched to International Graduate Scheme (1 yr). I soon got a good job offer and started working full time. • In Mar 2008, I switched to Tier 1 ...

Tier 1 dependant child maintenance fund

Ok thanks alot. By reading the policy guidelines, it confused me and I thought if I would have to maintain funds for all of us even though I am only applying for my son's visa.

Tier 1 General New policy maintenance fund

Thank you very much push. I have just one more confusion and I would be grateful if you could clear that for me. As me, my wife and my son are all currently in the UK, do I only need the funds for my son's maintenance before I apply his visa only ?

Tier 1 General New policy maintenance fund

I am currently in a situation where I discovered quite late about the requirement of maintenance funds to maintain before I can apply a visa for my son who was born here in the UK. We now have travelling plans in October but I have not maintained the required funds for the 3 of us so far. But I came...

Tier 1 dependant child maintenance fund

I am a Tier 1 (General) visa holder. I have a 10 months old baby (who was born here in the UK). So far we didn't have any travel plans so I haven't applied for his visa. Now that we are planning to travel abroad in October I need to know a few things and I am sure I will get the right answers here. ...
