Tier 2

They are fully registered its a large NHS Trust. They asked me to take the completed application form to them so that they can apply for a COS. This is done online but payment must be sent using a payment slip if paying by cheque. They sent the form without sending the payment.

I applied for an extention of leave under the transitional arrangement having been a work permit holder for the past 4 years. My leave was due to expire on the 7th of July 2010 i filled the application and returned it as requesed to my employers for them to apply for a COS. They sent the form to UKB...
