hello there i have got the same problem. i applied for COA in september 2009. they asked for affidavit, photos etcc in October 2009 and still waiting for COA till today lolzzzzzzzzz. also it would be important to note that u need COA to register a marriage in UK. u dont need a COA if ur outside UK....
