Another last minute quetion please:

After reading the application form, I've noticed that the only documents they ask for are passport, LITUK test and marriage certificate?

So no bank statements at all?

Thanks a lot in advance

Thanks nnj10,

So to clarify more, she does not need to do anything extra, just go to her appointment at PEO and fill out an extra form? Is that right?

Thanks so much for your assistance

Biometric form

Dear Experts,

My sister in law is due to apply for ILR in August, she's currently an old work permit holder.

Does anyone can explain about the Biometric application or form thing? Does this apply to her?

Thanks in advance.

Dear experts,

After a month of getting ILR I was made redundant and I'm now looking for a job but I was wondering if this is going to affect my future BC application next year.

Unless married to or civil partner of a British citizen, you must be free from immigration time restrictions for at least 12 months (in other words, settled status for 12 months) before you can apply for naturalisation . Standard requirements Thanks a lot Sushdmehta, In this case will be exactly 12...
