PEO application - question on payment

Hi experts, I'm applying to ILR in two weeks in person and I've contacted HO to ask if its possible to spread the payment in two credit cards. They said YES but now my question is: On the SET(O) application form there is space for only one form of payment, so shall I just leave it blank and wait for...

Dear vinny,

Would that mean that the qualifying period is based on the entry clearance date and not the Entry in the UK date? My entry clearance was issued on the 20th October 2006 and arrived on the 22nd.

You cannot book ahead of time, it has to be exactly 6 wks before your desired date, so do your maths accordingly and leave the PEO choice blank to get a wider view of the available appointments. Dear Gidoc, I was told that but if there are not appointments available now how are they going to be in ...

[24/09/2011 which is saturday, therefore, you can apply from 26/09/2011] Dear guyintheuk, Is the calculation you made based on that the application can be made 28 days before the 5 years qualifying period? And my last question: Do I count the period from the date that I got my passport stamped after...

Thank you Manila-Pep.

I still have another question:

Marriage certificate,

1. Is this necessary for an ILR SET(O) application?

2. If yes, do I have to send it together with a translation?

Anyone please?

Thanks

P60's original or print off duplicate?

Hi all I'd like to ask the experts about the P60's to submit for ILR. I lost most of them and my employer is offering me to send print offs of the duplicate documents and I also have photocopies of two of them. Is this valid for ILR application or I still need to contact HMRC to get a statement of e...

It wasn't the best experience of PEO, but this has nothing to do with the salary requirement. Appointment at Glasgow PEO at 10am. Got there at 9.05. 5 mins for security check, got a ticket at around 9.30, number called at around 10.15. I prepared two sets of documents, one that I considered essenti...

Just to confirm then, any proof within the 'qualifying residential period' would be OK?

Does not matter if it covers only say 6 months of that period?

Regarding Section 10 ILR

Dear all May question is regarding the documents to present on section 10 on the SET(O) form please. It calls to provide evidence of cohabitation. On my case I am married and been cahabitating with my partner for almost 9 years now but the first year of being on work permit, I don't have any proof a...

In that case what would be the way of demostrate your job title and salary within your application?

By a separate letter from employer?

There is nothing on the SET(O) form asking for a formal document to support this.

Any thoughts anyone?
Thanks

Why people who is applying to ILR now worrying about COP and income criteria if this is a rule that has to be approved by Parliament before start to be apply?
Am I right or this is just another unfair trick from HO?
