But, the form for PBS dependant has some changes.

Do I need sponsor letter for my dependants in this case also OR the so called covering letter will be enough?

There is news on UK BA site that fees for Tier 1 fees has being revised from 690 to 750.

Also, the VAF9 form for Tier1 has being changed.

If your degree is available in PBS then there is no problem else you need to confirm your degree from NARIC.
