By law ,you cant send passport by post.
The only way is that get certificate of entitlement or temporary entry clearance visa on pakistani passport

I really really wish we had used the same day service now. We were wrongly advised that the process would take 6 weeks. ILR and English Language for Tier1 dependent

Hi All,

soon I will apply for ILR with my wife who is on Tier 1 dependent visa.
My Mrs studied LLB in home country and she got Bachelor degree in Law.

Is bachelor in Law acceptable for ILR English language requirement.?
I think its more than B1 level English requirement.

Because you had student visa at the time of Tier1 or HSMP application,thats why home office didnt give right of appeal.
