ILR after 7 years

Hi,

I know my question sounds stupid but If someone initially got tier 1 for 2 years and then tier 2 for 3 years, is it possible to extend tier 2 and apply after finishing 5 years tier 2 and totally ignore the initial tier 1 period?

Thanks

ILR from combination of Tier 2 and Tier 1

Hi,

I'm currently holding tier 2 visa and will be eligible for ILR on September, out of this 5 years i had 2 years tier 1 first and then switched it to tier 2. Should i provide any documents from my tier 1 period or my last tier 2 payslip and bank statement is adequate?

Thanks
