The answer is :

When did you first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just tell the staff that the application is based on 2 people.

She has to spent two years from the date she entered UK. I am in the same boat as you are . My ILR application is next month. I am going to Solihull and will request the caseworker to look at our case if cw say no. I have booked another appointment for FLR(M).
