Thanks umeruzair for your response. i am assuming the same case then apply to dependents i.e. (3 months delay entry). Though its not written in any immigration laws.

niruv Which OISC advisor you used. I am in the same boat. Will be applying for SET(o) under tier 2 (Gen). The rates are based on Hourly rates and weekly hours of 37.5. If you are working for 45 hours its not a problem. You just need to be paid above the appropiate hourly rate set in SOC.
