Re: Impact on Fees if case rejected

Fee will not be refunded irrespective of the outcome. If you can't provide SOC, you are highly likely get rejected as that's the key point in Tier2-ICT application. Your company is very well aware, how to discourage ILR, so is the reason. If you are eligible and really wanted to go for ILR, I would ...

Re: Set O New Form released

Thanks @ferryahmed82 for your post. :) Still not very sure about if we will be asked to pay additional fee or not on appointment day. I have seen many comments on that, but few told that additional fee has to be paid on D-day. However I would be going with that mind-set to avoid any disappoin...

Re: Set O New Form released

With this new Set(O) form released, I am still planning to carry old form as I am booked for tomorrow and paid online fee for Main+Dep, assuming home office will charge additional fee and won’t be any issue with old Set(O) form as I have learned on this forum that old form still be valid for next 3 ...

Re: Problem Booking Appointment at Glasgow PEO..Urgent

Not sure, I am also tracking, but observed that there were quite a few available at Birmingham.. but none are available now. For last 10 days, Sheffield was showing last available appointment on 4rth, wonder why they haven’t release any since then. (I am searching for main+1 Dep). :(

Thanks.

Many Thanks for your reply. That I will get from my friend. But to understand this process.
Do they really ask to submit this as a proof ? Or I should always give this along with other documents.

How to make sure correct version of Set(O) form on your appo

Can we track if UKBA is about to change form in next 3-4 days ? This is to avoid last minute changes as if you are ready with all documentation/form and you realized one day before your appointment about new version. Is there any way we can avoid such a chaotic situation ? I am sure there has to be ...
