u should be register your self as self-employed or else any business ....
you need to show
proof of register as business or self employeed
proof of tax
accountant letter
bank statement

one of my friend got refusal... based on 2 proofs for self employement
he applied again with the employers liability insurance.. then he got the visa last week...

do the accept liability insurance...

yaaa am paying class NI contributions..

u should be register with according to indian company law as company or self employed business.
then only it will work out.. u cant claim points simply getting the money in to your account

you should take professional advise weather they accept liability insurance or not.
bcoz every one having same problem no one knows weather it accepted or not.
