Manka,

When you got your letter for 40GBP from Taxassist for your extension, apart from your gross and net income, did they also include

profit and loss statement
balance sheet
invoice summary.

And lastly, are they registered with ACCA or ICAEW.

If you draw salary from your LTD company, you would pay Employment National Insurance - Class 1.

If you draw income as dividend then you dont pay NI WHAT SO EVER , only co-op tax and tax on the dividend.

You would only pay Class 2 NI or Class 4 NI , if you have declared your self as sole trader.

As mentioned by thebionicredneck2003 At the time of extension , you just need to meet the minimum points required to get your visa, it does not matter how much you showed at the time of your intial application. What matters is , if you meet the minimum required points at the time of extension. If in...

as a sole trader you can claim 3K as net profit, you would need to make sure you are up to date with NI class 2 payments. At the end of the financial year, when you would file your return, you would need to pay 20% income tax on your NET Profit. You may pay Class 4 National Insurance, but it depends...

There is no short cut or easy way around getting premium slots, the slots are very limited, so you have to try it , till you get it. I have seen people waiting all night long, thinking they would get some slots, as they heard that UKBA releases new slots after 12AM, its all rubbish.

All the best.

It does not matter how much you had shown in the past as your earning, what matters is if you meet the minimum requirements and points for the visa extension, so with your 35K income, if you are meeting the points, and have all the documents as per UKBA guide lines, then you would get your visa.
