As far as Invoice explanation is concerned , I think even if you dont have it, as long as you give all your invoices with contact details of your client to UKBA at the time of your application, so that they can cross check it with your clients , It should be ok. About the stamp or seal, I am not sur...

This wont affect your application in any way as long as you have a valid leave to remain at the time of extension.

You can check the new slots for premium appointments at UKBA site:

Arun Lal, You dont have to have insurance as per the guidelines from UKBA however if you choose to have one, there is no harm in that.

Invoice would not include VAT or any other tax as you are not registered as LTD company.

I would say mention the old (if you know it) and the new one both in the application form and include one covering letter where you can mention all this.

If yes, do you think I would need to apply for a new business account, as my existing business account, I am using for sole tr...

All the employer would ask or need to have your visa details to cross check it with UKBA, because they can only allow people to work only if they have valid work permit which is in accordance with home office rules and regulation.

As per HMRC http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/paye/intro/register.htm#1

"Bear in mind that you might need to register as an employer even if you're the only person working in your business."

Do I really need to , even if I am sole trader?

registered as an employer to pay PAYE and National insurance

Hi,

I am self employed as sole trader with HMRC and I have not employed any one in my business. And I have got my UTR. And I am paying my class 2 NIC.
