Thank you again for viewing my post, would appreciate if some one could let me know if the joint saving account based overseas with sufficient funds over 90 days period can be used as maintenance funds while applying for new born baby outside the UK.

Dont worry about it, the UKBA case work would only look at the policy guideline. And in the police guidelines rent agreement is not listed as a mandate document. 1) The statements should not be older than 30 days from the date of application.

2) Tier 1 General Migrant.

3) Photograph :Its the same.

4) Its advisable to have the photo copies with you because it helps the case worker to access your application quickly.

The fees could range from 200-500gbp...!! It depends on the amount of work which is required to complete your task and requirements etc.
