on 26 application come to under process
and on 30 its returned .

get a new letter from your employer and make a fresh application. admin review is submitted when mistake is made by entry clearance officer. however you know that you have made the application so no use of making admin review. well , i am pretty sure you will get call from fedex to collect ur passport this week , if ur status has been changed on 21 (TUESDAY)according to you then its normal , hopefully u received it by tomorrow (90% chances) about the classes u should let them know and get the extension for couple of more ...

what was ur case, i believe if you got the straight case u will get reply quick , but its really depend on cases actually , that was i think , like some time if you travelled before so they might check out the history , and its could takes time , may be because of college you chose , A rated or B , ...

i submitted my case on 22 sep 10 and now on sunday on 26 sep the status has been changed and its says that ' Your Visa Application has been forwarded to the Embassy for Processing '

yes u r right , i have to gone through a process which u mentioned in ur post, but on 20 sep money was in my account and i applied on 22 sep, in fedex they asked me u got only 2 days statement , and i simply said that dont worry about it , i mentioned this in Additional Information section,
thats it.

if this is tier 4 sponsor responsibility how come they checked and verify each document from all around the world?

well after completion of my studies i moved out and according to UKBA new rules they preferred to stay out of this by not offering any graduate programmes, i dont think so they removed from list

well according to my information its depend on colleges or universities, you might get accepted without ilets if you convince them that your level of english is upto the requirement and also if you had studied before overseas they waved your english requirement

well the thing is my previous college is not in UKBA CURRENT list, but i got three extensions on that college while i was studying in that college and when did i completed my BBA.
