Hi , i have an appointment at NCS on 2/4/13. As you might be aware of fee changes from 6/4/13. I wonder do i have to give new enhanced fee or the old one. I know NCS sends docs with special delivery which reaches next day. But usually UKBA debits fee about a week later. Anybody with a suggestion ?? ...

if you have already submitted your application , i would suggest do not send another document now. That might invite undue attention.
That would i do, unless home office asks for something specific.

Question no 1.21....( where you want your ceremony), i will be using NCS Manchester as i live in Manchester.

you have lost the letter but i assume you must be having your BRP or ILR Stamp on the passport. i dont think letter is required anway as long as you have your BRP or ILR Stamp on your passport.
as for your second question , i guess you can just write unemployed.

how do you pay yourself from ltd company?
if it is salary you can apply as an employee.
i am not sure about dividends.

If it is from Court then yes you will need to wait untill it is spent.
