Dont worry if they reject your application they will give you right to appeal. Can you explain if your was a straight forward case or not, like more than 180 days outside uk or any conviction etc.

No, they wont effect your Tier 1 Extesion and for me it wont effect your ILR as well, as long as you dont get fined by a Court.

So you mean to say that once my application will be approved at PEO they will give a bar coded letter to the solicitor or will post me and than i have to go to post office or PEO for biometric to be done??

NO. you cannot apply 28 days before 21 march as you extended your visa and now you have a valid visa to cover your five year period.

Yes you r right. Can apply for ilr in October as you entered uk within 90 days of your entry clearance.

on points calculator when it asks for when did you get your last tier1 visa, what date you choose?? it should be 20/02/2008 as you enterd on HSMP in UK.

i am on hsmp /tier 1 and was wondering if 180 days rule is applicable on dependents as well.
my wife and kids wants to go abroad for a month and they have been already stayed out of country for 174 days in last 4 years.

Can i apply for tier 1 extension (2nd extesion as i entered in uk 3 months after my initial HSMP Visa) 8/9 months before my tier 1 visa expire. i dont care if they grant me extension from date of application as i am only 3 months short of 5 yrs requirment.
