It would be good if it was clear. Unfortunately, as Obie mentioned , the document (pages 2-3) did not indicate that " dependant " was one of the categories that was covered by the rules ( 128A(a)(ii) , 245AAA(a)(ii) ) and policy . A different caseworker may take the opposite view. Then wh...

No news yet.... This is crazy...pay all taxes, do all paperwork and get kicked out and people who apply with forged documents are allowed to stay NICE!!! Not heard anything yet...its getting too tight for my application. Have to apply on Friday 15th...but need COS,

If I apply without COS and accompany a letter, as the application is invalid, if it gets rejected do I get an appeal ??

Not heard yet, but HO told HR emails will be sent out tomorrow as today they didnt get the spreadsheet which has list of allocated COS. Still waiting......
