What I think that they have only suggested to close extensions but it is not yet a rule. But I too agree that it could happen..I dont think its fair to close in April 2015. The last batch of visas was received may be in April 2011 so they should add 5 years to it and the closing date should be April...

yes i think they will try to see the consistency in the business activities and tax activities for past years even if they will award points for the 12 months claimed period. AUHS is completely right ..HO is trying to check only those applications where they have some doubts using the new earning test . But I think with proper documentation , they will decide the case same day in PEO.

@khurrum_khan Yes the form is not changed but if you see the ILR form and even the guidance it doesn't say much about claiming points for income .. So if we are claiming points for self employment income we have to refer to the guide of tier 1 general ..and the changes are applicable to the tier 1 g...

@macy .. Yeah they might ask for the tax documents for the income claimed in the previous application .. But they are only concerned about the recent 12 months income just before the application which is clear in the guidance ... So I think they will not ask for previous statements or income but sur...
