I think they must be basically looking whether the tax is being paid as it is said in the statement of changes .. And the genuinely of the employment or self employment .. Genuine earning test

What is the genuine earning test ?? What they are looking for apart of the tax being paid for the income claimed before ... Any reviews ?? If we know what they are looking for we could provide them the proof before they ask for it to make it a straight forward application .. Please comment

The police have my details as an victim of assault to follow up the case and contact me in case they find the guys .. So I would presume that it is ok during visa application and I am fine

I was assulted by some guys recently and had to contact the police to give the statement what happened and the police took my details .. They are following the case , just a query is that a problem during next visa/ settlement application as the police have my data in their records..

Thank you very much for the reply . To my understanding so in case somebody gets points from police or court . Then he have to wait for 2 Years since then to apply for ILR. Is it right understanding ? Thank you again .. Yes I am always law abiding while driving .. But wanted to know the exact proces...

I have not received any points .. But one of my friend told me that if you receive any points for any offence then you will have to wait 5 years till you apply for ILR so I was scared and thought to ask the question . I am so scared that I have parked my car and not using it in case I get caught for...

Yes it is an important part of the accountant letters.

But I think that if you are providing the invoices then that becomes auxiliary. But it is always a good practice to give that as that is mentioned in the guidelines.

Attended PEO croydon.
They didnt ask for Insurance documents.
They took all the letters I gave them.
Client declaration letter was with accountant letter so they took that as well.
I went myself.
