Any insight to my query in 2,3 and 5 the points? other thing i want to know is : 1. how to know what records they hold against me in National computer police .. as i live in scotland And PNC is for England and welsh.. ( Where to make the subject access request) 2....

I wasnt charged with anything... they just took my details and my wife and went..
should i declare anything in my application?
can home office see this??

Could HO access my NHS records.?

@casa: thank you for the reply.. as i see the application form for the naturalization doesn't have a specific section to declare the mental heaths or treatments . so i am thinking they cant access my NHS records or something like that?

Hi CR001 Thank you for the reply I did fill the change of address form and using the section www.gov.uk/brp and used the option to do that online even if I have the decision letter. I received an email from the change of address team requesting further information but basically almost the same info ...

But by gods grace I got my BRP delivered to the right address .
