If you are working as a Sole trader then you need to show HO the Net income which will be Gross minus the Expenditure and You pay Tax to HMRC on the Net income Later . Which PEO are dealing with Selfemployment case?

I am going to start to look for dates for PEO ..Please advice which Offices are dealing with the self employment so that I will keep that in mind while booking the appointment.

I think members have already told that for sole trader the income you will show to HO is the net after you take away the expenditure but before TAX . Its there in the PDF clearly and your accountant knows what to do as he is an expert in this field.

Anu as sole trader . You need to show net profit to HO and pay tax on that to HMRC

By headings i meant is there anyother things to include in the letter along with Invoice ( start and end date ) and payment amount.

Your accountant should be a CA else registered member of the association mentioned in th PDF guidelines of UKBA .. You should be very carefull on that in terms of accountants ..

As I had mentioned I think HSBC don't stamp on anything .. That what they did to me last time telling that they don't have stamps in branch anymore for customers to stamp on statement but the printout from the branch as statement was accepted by the case worker ..

please go to branch and ask them to print the statement for you .. and ask them if they could stamp that for you.. i used HSBC and the print out from the branch was fine for the case worker.. they did not stamp my statement nor gave me a letter but the print out was accepted by the case worker.HSBC ...

It is always a good practice to have insurance but it is not an prime requirement for the HO which was last time.. So you would be fine, good luck
