extension soon

My passport is expiring so I will get a new passport and I have a tier 1 extension due in September . Should I inform UKBA about the new passport and transfer the visa to the new one or I can just send the old and the new one both while applying for the extension ?
Thanks all in advance ..

employers liabilality insurance was a part of the proff required while the initial application. you are right .. but i think that you dont need that now as in guidelines there is no mention of the proff this time in extension. but in my opinion it will always be a safe practice to have it as it has ...

I am not a xpert but .. I think call HMRC and ask them to send you the NI bill till date and it takes 2-4 days to reach you .. Pay that by going to bank and stamp it from bank ..Call HMRC self assessment and ask them to fax you a letter with UTR number . I think you will be ok. All th best.

To my understanding when you applied for initial visa you must have shown the profit to the HO so you need to file tax for the profit shown. I don't think that you can say loss when you have already shown profit in some amount .

For sole trader you dont need a business account. You can operate with the personal current account . but business banking is a good practice. but its ok if you want to operate with your personal account as long as you are operating as a sole trader.

Contract agreement I think is an auxiliary requirement , I don't think it's in the guidelines of the uKBA . If you have it it's good but definitely I think it's not a necessarily required while applying . It's actually an agreement between you and the client whome you provide your service . But don'...
