invoices is that you generate for the clients and invoice explanation ( optional) is given by your accountant about the invoices explaining the payments in details but that's always optional.

I am wondering about the same thing. But it was during the initial application in 2010 , one of my friend got approval same day .. I haven't heard any recent case.. Any members who have got recent approval can please share experience..

If you look at the PDF requirement I think you will find the answer to your question which says that the bank statement if stamped and signed by the bank is acceptable by the home office .

Its generally not a required in the guidelines. But I would suggest that you maintain the balance till you get the decision for peace of mind and in case any verification happens.

If you think that your application should have the document that you want to send. Its better that you send the documents with a covering letter and your reference number. It will be worth a try and will give you peace of mind.

Yes I have paid tax for the amount I claimed in my initial application and my that document is in order.. Tier1 extension self employment

Hi all .. One of my friend said that HO is refusing 90% of the application who are self employed( sole trader).Since I fall under that category I am scared. Do anybody have any knowledge about this news? Or any information?

I think what criteria you have used while applying first time you need the same criteria in the extension. Even if you use the PBC in UKBA website it will prove the same.

maintenace of fund can be shown in two accounts i guess ( seniors / members please correct me in case i am thinking wrong). I hope both of your account are UK accounts. Try to prepare the next application that you can file as soon as you get back your application.

please be careful about the PSW as its getting over by april 2012 . so in case you are deciding to get back your passport before decision be careful about that aspect. i would suggest that wait for UKBA decision and if required dont travel from UK till you get your visa.
