What I think is go through a experienced layer One more thing .. Either you are a sole trader operating in a business structure or a employee or director of the registered company .. I think they can if you still have you visa left when they give their decision they can say , no right to appeal.. That's what I think ..

Defenitely you should go through a lawyer .. And one more thing I want to ask , did the case worker tried to verify all your clients ?? Through letters or phone calls?? Do you operate through sold trader/ limited company?

If you go to your accountant and tell him that you need those he will be able to make that for you as he is the person who will give these documents to you .

Were the clients overseas?? I have read a post where the client were overseas and UKBA tried to contact them through phone . Did they tried that in your case?

First of all may 2011 is past.
Ok it's all better to have a statement of business account from your statement and profit and loss statement as well.
More you can do is invoice explanation from your accountant .
Further you can get a letter from
HMRC stating your UTR number.

i think for self employed activities , the requirement is the invoices with the client name and address on it . which I had done last time when I initially applied . Its listed in the PDF requirement from the UKBA . I think I need to submit all my invoices with my application when i go for extension...

you use the same points calculator and you get the same points for your degree which you got last time when you applied for the first time.

you can submit the statement printed by the bank in the laser paper with the logo or if the statement is e-statement it should be stamped by the bank for sure. contact your bank for a letter if they can give that will be a help. but dont forget to stamp the estatement for sure from bank. which bank ...

you can call HMRC and request to send a letter with the UTR number for you .I am sure they can do it. Make sure to add that.
