I think you only need 2 prof .. So bank statements and council bill might do and to add up extra I think a letter from GP will do the trick .

thanks for the reply but I think that if you have tax and papers in place it should not be a problem for the case worker to decide on the same day

Re: Tax issue

hi romeo007 thanks for the reply. I understand what you are saying and will use your example to explain my point.. If you claim 30K to HO as net profit and Fill tax for 28K to HMRC that might be classed as deception according to HO. But if that 30k falls in 2-HMRC tax years and the Net profit for 1s...

Re: ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW REFUSED

akinsman your accountant is right that the tax cant be projected when the finiancial HMRC is still ongoing. Did your accountant provide a income certificate saying that you are operating in the sole trader category within the self employment and XXX is your income and YYY is your expenditure for tha...

Re: Tax issue

Thanks romeo007 for your reply: I have trying to make the same point that you have said in this thread. When the HO net profit falls in 2 HMRC financial year , I think HO caseworker will take the 2 finiancial year HMRC SA302 to add the income claimed to HMRC to match that if that matches with the cl...

If they have awarded 10 points for your degree in your previous application that holds good in your ILR application too.

Re: Tax issue

Based on my experience I can say that home office do have a view of taxable income every year. Why don't you request for your SA-302 for last 4 years and check what it is in HMRC records. If you are saying you showed home office a income of 12K(second year) and declared only 11K(to HMRC) as income ...

Re: ILR Refused *** Please Help***

Seniors please comment if I am wrong:
If the claimed amount to HO falls in HMRC 2 Finiancial year .. Then the claimed profit for 2 HMRC Finiancial year can be less than HO claimed amount as there could be expenditure even after the visa is granted by HO .

HMRC: Now while filling the tax for the period august 2012- july 2013 falls in two tax years f...

Re: Tier 1 General Ext only until 2014

I guess it's not fair for people who got tier 1 in 2011 ,since they might need 2 nd extension, and because of this sudden rule change.what are their options? I do agree the same , the extension should at least be allowed till April 2016 for the last set of candidates who got their visas in April 201...

I am querying about the continuous stay confusion I am having even after reading some of the posts and the online documents. My query/: 1. What is the maximum days allowed outside UK when you are in Tier 1(...
