My question is can a non EEA national apply for Retain right of residence under domestic voilence if non EEA national is married for less than 3 years and have all the evidence of domestic violence.

Hi
If I'm claiming points for £34k do I have to show that amount for past 12 months as well? As my pay increased in june 2013 and previously it was less then £34k?

If the dpendent of of someone who has indefinite leave to remain in the UK is not eductaed cant speak or understand english at all, is there any exemption for her. she is 32 years old and she cant take life in the UK test? is there any exemption for such people.

Thanks but I have head if someone has spend more then 5 years legally in the UK they can apply straightaway for naturalisation after indefinite leave and that's what I did when I got my indefinite leave on spouse visa

So if it's impossible for bank to show that money from 3rd party is available to me for dispose then how 3rd party can show in UK that his/ her money is available to me to dispose any time ? For spouse visa from Pakistan do we have to show 6 months pay slips from 1 employer or can it be from 2 ? Means 4 months from 1 employer and 2 from new employer ( incase of job change )
