Went to my family solicitor, he cleared alot of my questions.
Going to my local tax office to get proof of tax payments to send off with the appeal this week.
Inshallah should go under review.

Can anyone tell me if its safe to say that most peoples cases are being over turned recently? or is there anyone whos had a refusal and didnt get it over turned or vice versa? :( I think it is done case by case basis. Salaam all, wife visa rejected on bases I'm not on hmrc tax code or somthing, what a lame reason.. ill give full wordng in a hour or so when wife gets home. I think shadow had a similar rejection about tax code or something.

Yeah, the only weak point in my app is low income but hopefully they see that i am home owner and have been paying my mortgage since 00/01 with docs i provided.
