Just to let u know my wife appeal was allowed at court and I received a call letter to submit passport for 1/11/11.

How long do passports take to get stamped nowadays I hope its under a month because of downtime in december...

Salaam guys, Great news last week i went for court hearing on wednesday.

My solicitor recieved determination on saturday so fast! with appeal allowed

Just have faith in Allah and all should be fine guys.

Did you not provide P60, wage slips and a letter from work confirming that you are employed?

Yeah I provided wage slips and contract letters both times but still they didn't allow

If visa appeal goes to a court hearing will I have to supply new up to date bank statement ect or will the hearing be based on my circumstances at the time of refusal.

I.e income and work because I have less funds in bank now and have changed employer cause I contract.

Well ive tried my upmost trying to get information about appeal, to no avail.
So we have a date on IA10 (notice of pending appeal) letter mine is 20th june so guess we just gotta sit tight and hope for the best...

What happens if the ecm don't reply by the date listed on notice of pending

Well there's no need to worry as all appeal papers are sent to first tier tribunal in Leicester. They do all their checks etc and then forward to abudhabi. Like you said 19 weeks... khan786 Bro on the appeal form there is a section where you have to put all ur personal details in, and in one area it says email address. That's where I wrote my email address, because it is a quick way of recieving the call letter and more convinent. Did you write ur email address on there? :) no...
