But the whole argument is that since both of us got 30 points for graduation then it is definate that in 2009 they considered our application by the old rule and that is what they should do now, I suppose if we go by logic but yes Home office case workers are known to behave irrationally!!!

I got PEO appointment today, after much strugle, I think the trick is to call them early in the morning, as I believe that new appointment are released some time in the night.
