Hi Gurus, I got ILR on 06-2-2015 and received the BRP cards today. so want to applty for Child Benefit for my daughter and son I was reading their HMRC website and it says that CB can be backdated for three months. I plan to send application tomorrow (13-02-2015) so my query is CB will be backdated...

Hi Can you post the dates please When did the offence happen? When you intend to apply for ILR? IMO if you declare the conviction and CCJ in your ILR application, there shouldn't be any problem but for Naturalization you would be need to wait till the convictions spent. I can understand ur situation same happen before with me. U need to ask the same question from ukba through emails and phone calls but one email or one phone call will not be enough. A bombardment of emails and phone call may get u some results.

Dear Bhanu What i can suggest here is to send a letter with the reference number that u got in ur acknowledgment and tell the whole story and put ur passport photocopy along. I hope they will match ur passport with ur application. Or even u can call them. But do it quickly as it might delay ur case....

Dont Take risk. Just put the required amount in ur bank and wait for remaining months. If u can't maintain ur bank statement for three months how u will afford ur wife here in uk and i think that's y embassy put this rule. So be patient thats my brotherly advice to you.
