Transferring Money to India

Which is the easiest way of transferring money back to India. I need to be transferring on a monthly basis, any online options that are available whcih are inexpensive with very nominal charges or free(For Pakistan there is a website which does it for free).

Thank you.
This means with a salary of 35k, bachelor's degree, UK experience, Age
the points you get is 20+30+5+10, it is impossible to get an extension.
Any alternatives..

1. Range of Salary required
2. Points for Age

for a Tier-1 extension. My Tier-1 started on the Nov 2010.

I know couple of people who recently touched the 50K mark. If you are into finance then there is a high possibility.

With a Tier-1 visa you cannot apply for SC jobs as they require you to be a citizen or having Indefinite Leave to Remain status.

To open a Santander basic account you don't need any kind of address proof. Just a Passport will do. To open an account in Barclays you can use the correspondence letter received from the NI department along with your PP to open an account. In both the cases it will be a limited account for 6 months...
