Re: Urgent Tier1 Extension/ILR Absence calculation/28 Day ru

Hi, Any help on this please? I discussed with a solicitor and they say since I entered the UK for 4 days then left for over 90 days, the home office could say I did not genuinely commence residence until May 2011. Please can some seniors shed some light if its an issue? I need to figure out if I sho...

Hi,

If I explain in the covering letter that this is the way the Marriage certificate is given in Kerala and attach a copy of the website and provide them the link to the site will that be enough?

Or do we have to give any legal sections etc to explain this to them?

Thanks.

VAF10 form queries

Hi All, can someone who have applied for dependent visa before the main applicant travels to the UK, tell me if the fields 7.13 to 7.19 can be left blank?

It asks about main applicants details in the UK which is not relevant since I have not traveled to the UK yet.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

if this can be done, would you recommend doing this? are there other people that have done the same?

If this is possible it would really help me since I am going to be 30 next month but would prefer to apply this month if I can add my name to a joint account to show this maintanance fund.

Hi Pranvayu,

Thanks for the information. When I request my bank for statements they give the statements on a perforated paper which has the bank logo on each sheet. I can get it stamped and signed hopefully. Will that be ok?
