thanks manci .. so I take it as a yes for the follow up question on the new employer definitely needing to go through RLMT .. Just trying to answer my own question 1 - RLMT takes around 28 calendar days and the premium visa application would take around 10 days.. i am hoping all this could possibly ...

To followup the above questions..

My current employer did not have to go through RLMT process previously as I was under Tier 1 (post study work) visa. Does the new employer need to go through RLMT now?

Hi Manci, Thanks for the detailed description. I think I have a peculiar case too.. I am currently under Tier 2 visa expiring in Dec 2015. I have now interviewed for an opportunity and they are likely to provide me the job provided I have no more than 2 months notice period. I have two questions now...

Aah thanks alot. So I have got the bank statements till 27th of October .. I can show these I guess. However, since I have changed the address recently, the online statements i printed out has the new address on all pages I printed out.. And the genuine bank statements that I got have the old addres...

Hello bobobo I have obtained the university letter stating that I have completed the course and will be awarded the qualification on a particular date in the future.
