Thanks for your reply, Lucapooka. We're have a church wedding, and we already know the vicar as it's my partner's mum's church. American marrying British citizen - will I be interviewed?

Hello, I've been searching for an answer to this on here and haven't been able to find it, though I apologise if I've missed it. I've been living in the UK for 5 years. I came over on a Student Visa, did my 3-year BA degree course in Cornwall, graduated in 2010 and switched to a Post-Study Work Visa...

Sept 22nd: I received acknowledgement letter from Border Agency
Oct 5th: Visa approved
Oct 7th: Visa received

I sent bank statements from April 10 to August 10. My April statement included the first few days of May, which is when I deposited the maintenance funds and I intended the 90-day period to start then. They began considering the 90-days from the first date on my statement, however, so I was refused...
