Unfortunately none of that helps. I am surprised that the claims for those benefits were granted. The important thing is that you withdraw the claims ..... stop claiming .... as soon as possible .... so that when you complete the form for ILR you can honestly and correctly answer the Public Funds q...

OK, but I am not sure I understand. You were made redundant and issued with a form P45? - Yes Later you were re-employed and you handed in parts 2 & 3 of your form P45 to your "new" employer. - Re-employed, yes. But with "same" employer. So when the employer did the PAYE end...
