I just want to send everything off to the HO on the 22nd of dec.( I don't mind the holidays ). so I'll put 22nd of december 2012 on the form as u said and it'll get there on the 24th of dec.( special delivery ).

You can apply for your baby's british passport now. My EEA spouse ( hungarian ) got the british passport for our baby last year without having a confirmation of permanent residence. 5 years p60's are needed and NO benefits received by either parent during the 5 year period till the birth of the baby.
