Made the application for family visit visa on the 9th of May, and still nothing. Checked online tracking and it arrived at the visa section from the 10th or 11 of May. Ok i understand now, the confusion was the use of the word (settlement) i thought the word was used for ILE and ILR!

indefinite leave to enter (ILE) is the one im talking about.

Do we have to do a coures for a A1 level english certficate or can we just apply for the test and is that test only an ESOL now.or what?

Am i right to understand from the new updated list of engilsh test providers, that people will no longer be able to just book a test. But will now have to sit in a course?

Could you tell me the process you went through in cairo for the english test and what did they test your husband on.

Was it just speaking and listening or everthing and how long did it take.

Also did they make you buy a CD?

What i meant was more about the age of the last payslip rather then how many.

eg; can i apply for one of the two visas i mentiond while the last of the six payslips is 3 or 4 months old?

If not then how old can the last one be.
