My employer is still waiting to hear from october panel of UKBA on allocation of CoS for new joiner.

My sponsor applied for CoS in month of Sep for new job offer. They have not heard any thing from UKBA yet.

HR told me that they have are following this with UKBA and are waiting for response.

Yes this is for initial job. My employer also applied around Aug and we are still waiting....
