If you say NO, there would be questions on your previous sponsorship as a cousin. In my opinion, you should say YES and I dont think it should be a problem as cousins are allowed to marry each other in Pakistan. Yes he is from Pakistan. we got married after he visited the UK. He was in the UK from Jan-April 2010, we got married in June.

So shall i say he is my cousin, but not sure what to write how he is related
