Also a grey area for me but what I did when I submitted mine was: using the average net income from the latest P60 and put a note to say so underneath.

I need clarification generally about interpreting the caseworker guildelines in Appendix A at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/policyandlaw/IDIs/idichapter6a/section1/section1.pdf?view=Binary: 1. How do you interpret 3...

for your case i.e.(WP+TIER1) is it the case that only each absence should not be > 90 days? What about the upper limit of 180 days? The 180 day limit applies to everyone applying for ILR, BUT it is the discretion of caseworker to relax the requirement if those leaves are work related and other comp...

Yes it makes sense to me and this is very similar case to mine. I just got ILR last week at a PEO and no proof of cohabitation was asked for. However I would still recommend you prepare them.

I want to know that will it affect during extension of PR. I am pregnant and planning for delivery in India and I plan to be there for ...

Pay element on your payslips which is not subject to tax will most likely to be expense reimbursements - which doesn't constitute a taxable benefit and off course you can't use as earning for UKBA application. The fact that the tax was not deducted at payment does not mean the income is not subject...
