Hi Farazi, The EU4 review application is a new thing, and very few people have got their replies yet. One of the guy i know, DOJ gave him 3 and half months temporary visa after EU3 refusal. I think there is no need to apply for your naturalization via a solicitor. Its a straight forward process, you could do it yourself. solicitor would charge you between 300 to 700 depends where you go

LOL, u r tricking the state every week for social welfare money....So what if they trick you for €175 naturalization application fee..... However, you can apply for naturalization, regardless of if you are working or not.

As u r from EU therefore you can leave the GNIB number blank. The witnesses should be a solicitor . u can go to any solicitor along with the original documents.

There would be no problem on exiting latvian airport once you have a valid irish visa to return.
