Just collected my deferral letter from VFS. It states that the admin review has been deferred till Nov 1st due to some reasons..

I have applied for Admin review for the refusal letter which I have recvd for tier 1. After 1 month, i have got a mail from Chennai.Adminreview@fco.gov.uk stating

Please note your administrative review deferral letter is being sent to

VFS today.

What does this mean?
