ILR under Tier 2 5yr route

Hi all, I was checking the Tier 2 route to ILR. The minimum salary threshold of £35000 /2016, £35500/2018 are they based on the number of hours per week? that is 39hrs for e.g soc code 3538. What if im earning £36000@40hrs per week - will they prorata it and see that for a 39hr/week it comes to £35,...

Cohabitation documents?

Hi all,

Just a bit confused.
Regarding the cohabitation documents - these are required for dependants yes?
We dont have any in joint names - so Im guessing we have to submit separate documents - does this have to be both for main applicant and the dependant?

Many thanks

Hi
Is it mandatory to show 12 months payslips?
Does the p60 not enough to prove salary paid was meant at the required level?

Re: Tier 2 G - ILR - Absenses

Let me clarify a bit :
I will be on maternity leave (1 year off work)- is this ok or break the 180 days clause?? but i will not be away/overseas for more than 180 days.

As far as I understand absences are both for off work and overseas time spent.Am I correct?

Many thanks

Re: Tier 2 G extension/IHS Charge/Dependants

3years - but i can ask to issue for 2 years

in case of asking employer to issue for 2 years - am i taking a risk for IRL in terms of having enough time to complete aplication in time?
or is it better to ask for 3years cos to avoid all the tension and above issue?

Many thanks.
