Hello Anath, It looks okay and as told it is not mandatory document. When you submit make sure - the property is not getting overcrowded as defined in the Housing Act, 1985. Never entertain these consultants over phone nor go for such type of agreements. There will be hidden charges for sure. If you register yourself in Monster, jobserve, jobsite etc that will suffice.
